Sitting
Solo, inspired by the poem Sitting by Justyna Grabska, is about the passing of time and the necessity of making decisions here and now before it’s too late. Time relentlessly passes, and it’s up to us how our lives will look. The performance subtly portrays a reflective portrait of a person who contemplates their life, desires, and dreams.
Sitting “Sitting, waiting - just pondering. Sitting and waiting... Eating something, reading... Thinking about something, reminiscing. You always want something, expect something. You smile inside, but you don't show it... You desire something, but you can't have it. So reach for it now! Don't just sit.”
